"Ny and Co was a total bust for my wife. We tried to make an appointment for a cut but could only do that on line, no one answers their phone. It was sufficiently confusing that I scheduled a video consultation without knowing it. Then we had to sign a bunch of documents, twice because they couldn't find the first batch I signed, and the morning of the appointment, which we still thought was for an in person cut, we received an email chiding us for not having sent a pic, when they hadn't asked for it, and wanted to know our preference for the video appointment. We then knew we had not scheduled a cut and asked to cancel the appointment and refund our prepayment. They refused, pointing to the contract I signed. So, yes, I did sign it but who reads a contract for $25 hair cut? Ny could have refunded our $25 and helped us schedule an appointment for a cut but they chose instead to give me a txt lecture about the contract. For a hair cut! What horrible customer service!"

Her & the entire team go out of there way to make a relaxed spa-like environment that not only make you forget you are getting your hair done but also make the time feel like a reprieve from the day. Ny's team goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients (including early appointments, weekends, massages, facials, meals/snacks and tea). Her price reflects the service you receive so be prepared for that -- you are getting a luxury curly hair care moment. Parking is relatively easy. Biggest tip: bring cash for the team! They work hard and the scalp massage will make you forget whatever life has on your shoulders. I could rave on and on about Ny, but honestly, I don't want to many people crowding out my appointment slots. Lol but man I want every Natural hair Black woman to experience a hair moment like this. Esp if you dread hair day like I do! Lol"

"My first experience with Ny and Company was AMAZING. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left, the service and attention to detail was impeccable. It was more than just getting my hair done… it truly felt like a self-care and wellness experience and journey. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing and allows space for you to slow down and focus on yourself. Ny was excellent and I love how she genuinely cared about my hair and overall well-being. I was in love with this place even before she started styling my hair… the massage chair was perfect (I fell asleep and had a great nap!), the light fare meal and tea were yummy and the candles and diffusers throughout the salon set the perfect atmosphere. I’ve been looking for a home salon for years and I can honestly say my search is over!!"

"Today Ny & Co. hosted their 1st Mother’s Day event. My mother and I attended and to say the service was top notch is an understatement. The level of details that went into planning this event was felt every minute we were there. The care and service that was provided exceeded our expectations! From the curly hair services to the wonderful wellness services. Oh and the live music and food were an extra special surprise. "If you’re looking for a natural hair care salon I highly recommend Ny and Company. This is the best salon ever. I’ve been natural for over 10 years and it took this long for me to find someone who could actually teach me how to care for my hair without having to straighten it. The salon also focuses on wellness so your whole experience will be phenomenal. You’ll be greeted warmly and the last time I went they set up a lovely snack platter and cup of tea for me while I had my hair steamed. I was also served a mimosa and more snacks while sitting under the dryer. They provide different massage options as well and it’s all included. Please do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment. It’s worth every penny."
