"Once we were seated, it took 45 minutes from the time the waitress took our order until the food arrived. There was no silverware, so we notified the waitress again, and she said she would get some for us right away. 10 minutes later we went and got our own. The food, when it originally arrived had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. My wife's chicken and mashed potatoes were cold and the potatoes had that hard glossy film they get when they've been sitting. Her plate was also very hot (they had nuked it). Her chicken was dried out and tasteless, she didn't eat it. I had that all you can eat riblettes they been advertising. Have way through my first plate I requested a refill. 45 minutes after I had finished the first group, we left. The refill is probably still being cooked. Go to the Applebee's in Beaver Falls instead. Better food, better service!"

"We go there sometimes after working @ Amazon and the last few times we have had the best service by Imani.. She is very very good at her job, super friendly.. We love going there when she's working.. And the food is very good.."

"First time at this location. We started with coffee and a Pepsi. The coffee was terrible. Even after 4 sugar packets it was still sour and bitter. Reminded me of bad Army coffee. I believe this is the first time I ever reported bad coffee in). The manager refunded the coffee. We also ordered the classic bacon cheese burger with fries which was excellent. Plus we ordered the chicken won ton tacos and the boneless wings extra hot buffalo. The tacos were excellent with juicy chicken and a light Asian flavor. The boneless wings were dry and not spicy or extra hot. In the end it was an ok meal. Since the prices were reasonable, we may try again in the future"

"Applebee’s has excellent customer service. Our server was Fawn. She is probably the best server we have had at this location. Our food was great and we got in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you!!"
