"AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Wish I could give this 0 stars! This place is terrible. Rude /slow employees. Dirty dining room. Broken free style machine. Wrong orders. Terrible/ extra messy food even for Wendy's. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Almost a year after my last visit and this place is still horrible. I will not be back."
"I ordered from this restaurant through door dash and I couldn't be more disappointed in both my order and how the manager handled it. First of all, I ordered a baconator meal with baconator fries. On the sandwich there was barely any bacon and the fries were stail like they were sitting there for an hour before serving them. When I called and told a manager about what happened they said "there's nothing we can do about it. You'll have to get a refund through doordash." I didn't expect a refund but I did expect for my food to be replaced when I came to the store in person since I couldn't even eat half my meal."
"The worst fast food experience ever from quality of food to truly incredible incompetence of the staff. Not one part of our order was completed correctly and it took ages despite not being very busy and plenty of workers on duty. Would never go back."
"I’m never the one to complain about food nor fast food. So I went to Wendy’s to get my grandma something to eat and I get home and start giving her the food and I see that there is only fries in the bag no sandwich. How can you forget the main course? Absolutely appalled."
"Ordered online at 9 am. pulled up at 9:03. they had us immediately pull to the guard rail and wait. we watched 3 cars get their food and continue on and we were still waiting 20 minutes later. mind you, all we ordered was 2 chicken biscuit meals with lemonade and tea. so we reversed to the window and were informed they were waiting on the potato wedges. didn’t realize those take 20 minutes. then we get attitude for asking how other cars are being served and we were just being ignored. i can’t stand this wendy’s and it’s my fault for going back."
