"The food was great but when I ordered I stood at the counter waiting to be given my cups for multiple minutes. There was a large white man with a white goatee who was not doing anything and ignored my waiting. Not until another worker, who put down her current task to come assist me, did I get my cup. The same man also put my order in a to go bag rather than a dining tray and failed to call out my name to tell me it was my order (the same woman had to confirm it was mine and tell me)"
"so i was taking my order right, this girl came to the speaker or whatever and asked what i want. i was giving my order, she asked me to repeat it, then when i did repeat it, she said you guys are closed. i am so disappointed in the Taco Bell Corporation Industry of Tacomaking Majors. all i wanted was to represent my favorite fast food chain, and they couldn’t even give me a singular taco. i am so hurt."
"I ordered a chicken cheesy Gordita crunch. When I got it, it was wrapped in a soft taco shell. I drove back through and the girl argued with me for several minutes that it was made properly. She finally admitted they didn’t have the proper Gordita shell but hadn’t bothered to tell me. I asked for a chicken Mexican pizza instead and got a goopy pile of grossness. Very disappointing. Rude employees and terrible food."
"The food was awful. The burrito supreme I received was just beans, cheese, and I think raw onion. The crunch wrap tasted like burnt oil. Nothing was even remotely assembled properly. The burrito was half the size that it should have been, the tortilla was ripped to shreds, nothing was distributed evenly. The crunch wrap was basically squashed together and not folded at all. It was half filled with sour cream. The chips were all totally broken into tiny pieces. These people want $15 an hour to do this job. They can go out of business first because I'll never go here for food ever again. Shut it down and put something good in it's."
