"I had a rice bowl it was ok. A bit bland to me. The grilled onions and peppers could of be seasoned a little. Also the onions had no taste at all. The Caribbean smoothie was GREAT!"

"Dont hesitate to try this restaurant. I Had a bad experience. Posted a review and within 10 minutes the owner called me to apologize and remedy the situation immediately. This man who didn't even know me took the time to get my phone number and personally call me.That's a perfect example of why its important to support local businesses. The level of commitment and support to his customers is amazing. This man believes in his community. Much appreciated."

"The last who took out order was so fun, she had a great vibe! Our food was delicious and so filling!!! Had a gyro and pita chips n regular hummus. I love their hummus, so smooth and creamy. Plenty of meat on my gyro and the feta and cucumber sauce is so delicious."

"I love checking out local businesses! My mom and I stopped here after going to Apple Castle. The staff and owners were very friendly! We split the Roman and gyro pita! The Roman was definitely my favorite. The flavor was amazing! The pita chips that I chose with the hummus were very oily and the gyro was pretty good. It was cool that you could sit in an area where the garage doors opened or outside! The menu was very easy to understand! I can’t wait go back and try some things I didn’t get to try! (:"

"I really appreciate that people are investing in the area. Opening up a new restaurant option in an area that is usually locked into what has been around forever and/or chain restaurants is no easy or simple task. So I commend you completely for doing so in New Castle, but more so in Hermitage. First the praise: The Hermitage location is my only experience. The staff were friendly, and helpful. Answering my questions. The food was good (lamb gyro, with a side of fries, and a baklava). For a new place it's what I would expect as you guys are going to iterate and change over time to fine tune your business. To survive is to change. I love the use of the corrugated steel for use in the old dropdown acoustic ceiling frame. Good ideas are often simple. Great use of this old building that basically just sat here for years. Due to family, I have been up here back and forth for 20 years or so. Second the negative: The chairs for the low tops look nice but are very uncomfortable. There were three tables sitting at the same time I was and everyone made the same comment. It's never a good thing when a stranger's conversation is about your uncomfortable furniture instead of the food or the new experience you have brought to Hermitage. They were uncomfortable for a 7yo girl too, as she is probably a future reviewer. My idea would be to go to Costco. As of right now they have some outdoor patio chairs for $30 and are extremely comfortable. After tax with the 18 chairs you have in here would be about a $600 investment, and the problem goes away. Sell the other chairs to recoup some of your initial cost. Also, try to get a drink machine. You'll keep people in the establishment longer. You want people driving by your great location to see it packed... people inside. The marketing attraction alone is worth an extra soda cost. On that same note...see if you can change parking up front, or fence it off up front so when the weather's nice people can sit outside. If you have tables out there. Conclusion: I really do love what you guys are doing, any criticism is just because I would like you all to stick around so I can come in anytime I am back in town."
