"I went in the other day and the cashier I believe her name was Alexis. She was very professional and helpful there was some guy on register and they walked away after taking four orders. Alexis came up and greeted me with a smile and was very helpful when I had questions on the menu. Then when I came up to pick up my food she was very nice and even told me to enjoy my meal and the rest of my day I have been here many times and have not had bad service. I come here weekly and when I told them my burger was cold on one of my visits they took the burger and replaced it with an apology and they made me a fresh burger."
"Charged my card over 10 dollars for a small frosty then didn't have a receipt for me. Who doesn't have receipts?! Tried to give me cash back for the difference but short changed me! No apologies or cares. Said they can't put the money back on card. I had to do the math for the manager! She was rude to me and they messed up! What if that's all the money I had and they over drafted my account ?! I had to force I wanted a receipt! Went back a month later for a salad and wasn't given a receipt! I asked the girl at the window why don't you guys give a receipt and she said they don't know what window gave the receipt lol... What?? This location needs looked into by corporate."
"A young man named Sam waited on me and my six person order he was fantastic. He got the order from my very sloppy writing. After I filled my drinks I took them to my truck told Sam that I would be right back for the food when I placed the drinks in the truck turned around and there was Sam with my food. The best customer service I've had in a long time thanks Sam."
"I got there at 7:05 PM for dinner. There were seven people in front of me, and I waited 18 minutes to get to Water. My single cheeseburger was dried out , with very little mayonnaise, even though I ordered extra mayonnaise. The french fries were stuck together and burned!!! Overall, one of my worst experiences at Wendy’s ever."
