"Stopped in here one afternoon recently when visiting Erie and loved it. It's a dive bar in the very best sense. One review called it "rough around the edges" and I agree. But again, in the best way. Everyone - clientele, the owner, and bartender - were so nice. We were taking turns buying rounds with the locals. The food is outstanding and clearly made with care. The owner brings Amoroso rolls, he clearly knows what he's doing. I truly wish we lived closer to this place because I could see hanging out here on a regular basis for cheap drinks, fantastic food, and live music!"
