"I recently had a disappointing experience with this furniture store. The customer service was subpar, with staff displaying a lack of knowledge about their own products. The furniture quality was questionable at best, and the prices did not align with the mediocre craftsmanship. Delivery was a nightmare – delayed without any prior notice, and when the items finally arrived, some were damaged. Attempts to resolve these issues were met with indifference and unhelpful responses from the customer service team. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory shopping experience that I wouldn't recommend to others."
"The only issue they have is the delivery and timeline they promise. I used refinancing option and got approved for the amount of my purchase. I had two accent chairs and one never delivered to me in weeks and every day I was calling them and they were making fake promises. Finally, after one and half months i was out of patience and cancelled my order. Now they are making reasons to adjust the $amount and reissue another invoice to the bank. I am fed up - the manager is not here, the finance team should do it and more reasons."
