"Got harassed by a woman, but bouncers believed the drunk woman instead of me, and kicked me out. I rejected her advances, and she got offended that I didn't want her to touch me, so she called security. It was extremely embarrassing. I asked for security footage to prove my case and bouncers rejected it. I got sent away while the harassing woman got to keep verbally abusing customers. Sucks, because the bands are really cool, but the security there will not do their job and remove unruly people that ruin the fun. Imagine spending $100+ on drinks for your friends, some woman wants to touch you, you reject her and she calls security who kicks you out before you even get to enjoy your drink. It felt like I got robbed."
"I am a Northern Virginia local, but recently went to the Renegade for the first time for a Virginia Tech football game. The atmosphere was fantastic, the bar had lots of VT gear, many TVs in line of sight, and a lot of VT fans. The service was fantastic as well and we rarely had to wait more than 5 min for drinks or food. We got an array of appetizers (pretzel bites, egg rolls, fried chicken, pulled pork sandwich, gyro, pork skewers) and they were all delicious. Normally, I go to a bar and expect low to mediocre food, but I would come back to this bar just for the food. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will definitely be visiting again."
"Food is impressively good. Live music is amazing. On Monday, I listened the best salsa band in recent years in DMV. Will definitely go back if the same band plays."
