"This place offers very nice furniture at cheap prices. Its tucked away in a little shopping complex, so it's hard to get in and out. The owner is rude and will tell you anything to get a sell. Told us they deliver but after we paid, "they didn't deliver that far. Very unprofessional but you cant beat the prices"
"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and ordered a new mattress. Brian was a super nice representative and took my order over the phone. However, I got a nasty phone call from Musa saying Brian had made a mistake and had to "learn from it" and that my delivery could no longer be free. He then proceeded to argue with me and ordered me to pay a $23 COD (no credit card needed, can we say suspicious) making me feel like it was my mistake and said he didn't want to refund my money as that would cost him money too. After a 10-minute conversation I ended up getting my money back and Campos Furniture has lost a great customer. Musa is clueless about customer service and I would advise NO ONE purchase anything from a company that speaks badly about their own employees (poor Brian) and treats customers as if they're wrong."
