"Doug, the store manager, provided great customer service, and gave me exactly what I needed for my space! I called/emailed the Tyson’s store. I told Doug what I wanted, and sent some photos and measurements of the space I wanted to furnish. Because this was virtual/on the phone Dough thought outside the box and emailed and texted real time photos of the fabrics and photos of what the setup would look like. And voila! The lovesac sofa and accessories came within a week and I’m super happy! The setup looked just how they said, and I never felt rushed! I would definitely work with Doug and the Tyson’s team again!"
