"Today was Black Friday and I was looking for a good deal on a queen size, soft mattress for my daughter. We had visited another reputable place and they wanted over $2000 and that did not include the box spring. They claimed they didn’t offer any specials because their prices were already the lowest — lies!! We went to Mattress Firm in Dundalk with hopes of finding something comparable. Kim, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store as well as what was online! You could tell she’s had years of experience. She asked what our needs were and kept us well below budget. I didn’t even need to finance!! We were even able to get an adjustable base for the same price as a split box spring! Not only did we get a great mattress that has a 93% satisfaction rating, but we also were able to get same day delivery. She far exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we didn’t go with any other retailer!! This is my second time getting mattresses from this store and they have never disappointed!!
