"After being at this store multiple times before. This has to be the worst experience I’ve had. They had a customer in the store prior to me. While I’m browsing around the 2 employees that were in the store, they both were helping one customer. Okay fine I can handle that. But when someone finally came to help me. I told them what I was looking for. The employee said they would look in the back. She came back after 5 min, and the manager than comes out. She tells me I have to go online to Ashley’s website, put a deposit down, and than RAC can start my contract. This seems very odd. Besides hearing this, I truly felt that I was discriminated against. All because of my color don’t match the managers color. The employees were happy, laughing and joking with the first customer. And they were willing to go above and beyond to help them. But when it came to me. I barley got any help! The store inventory is completely minimal now. When Cristy was the manager. She not only helped, but she took the time. She listened to what people wanted. And always was willing to help. Now I can’t get help and can’t find what I wanted."

"This has to be the best Rent A Center I’ve ever been to. The furniture they have set up in the store is matched together so nice. I picked a whole set for my living room. Dawn and Tasha were both down to earth and friendly. They made the process really easy. I am all set up my living room looks amazing!"

"There a quick way to get furniture or TVs or electronics if you can’t afford something at the time they do charge three times the value of the product and In less you pay it off early within a week. if products are out somewhere else and you wish to get something specific they usually have it. their service is all right at first they were a bit rude to me. Specifically because I knew somebody that uses their service that Owes them money. I would request that they look back on that fact and try to better their service of course I pay off my products within the first two weeks whenever I purchase something. Hopefully in the future they get better at that so that I can give them a better review."

"This is the worst experience I have ever had in renting from Rent-A-Center for over 15 years! It's been one thing after another trying to get a fully equipped oven from them. So many times I was told the part was ordered and infact it was not! I went through Thanksgiving and Christmas without a second rack to bake dinner with! Now, I've been calling for three days and not getting any answer at the store! I just want them to pick up their oven!"
