"The lady working the tool rental department is a complete control freak. She was incredibly rude to me when returning a steam cleaner. The company I work for has rented steam cleaners from you guys several times and never have I had this rude of a service. And even tho I thoroughly cleaned the machine I rented and only kept it for 1.5 hours she still charged me a cleaning fee. You guys treat your customers like garbage"
"I've been to this Home Depot several times and I've never had an issue. I went yesterday 07/22/23 and the cashier where the plants are wouldn't help me with my military discount. I went to customer service and the young lady had no clue on how to assist me. I finally went to self check out and thank goodness for Miss Sharon (40520) she went over and beyond to assist me and she also had a beautiful personality. I think some of the employees need a little more training with customer service and maybe Miss Sharon can assist with it."
