"My Uber eats driver forgot my food so I had to come to the store to pick it up myself, the milkshake was completely melted and ruined but Kennedy saw the issue and already knew what happened, she went and even had to get a new batch of strawberries to make my milkshake and didn’t make me feel bad about it at all!!! Great service !"

"Wasn't starving, so I ordered the Little bacon cheeseburger. The cashier didn't know "little" meant one patty. Good portion size and I like the relaxed atmosphere. The burger has NO FLAVOR at ALL! No amount of fixings can HELP this burger! Rip-off just like Shake Shack. I understand it's just a burger. If you're gonna charge $12 for a burger, my tastebuds are expecting a little something, geez! Hadn't been there in 5+ yrs., now I know why. Awful!!!"
"This was a 1st time visiting this location & the 1st time being at a 5 Guys in a long time. It was a great visit, Jamal Q was our Cashier and was friendly. The location was clean & so was the bathroom. Our chocolate & vanilla milkshakes were delicious and thick. Our food came out quickly because there wasn't a wait. The fries of course were great & so were the Bacon cheeseburgers. We will surely return to this location again. All of the employees were welcoming and pleasant. Excellent service!"
