"Really amazing place. Great burgers and fried chicken sandwiches. Everything is homemade, including many of the sauces. Please don’t be fooled by the restaurant’s appearance. Very small and doesn’t look like a typical restaurant. But the food is delicious and the owner is a sweetheart."

"I consider myself a burger aficionado. I've been to many burgers places around the Continental US. Burgers are my favorite food, I live and breathe burgers. So believe me when I say the burger I had at Savory Sweet was one of the best burgers I've ever had in years, and definitely the best one ever had in New York. The cheesecake was especially great also, not too sweet which is how I prefer them. Do yourself a favor and stop reading reviews and just go! I would seriously recommend coming here even if it's out of the way. They even have cane sugar coca cola! This place was the highlight of my trip."

"Highly recommend all vegans visit this spot on their trip through the Catskills. We got the vegan chicken noodle soup with the bread bowl which was perfect for the fall/winter weather outside. The soup was delicious and good portion. We also got 2 vegan chicken sandwiches. For starters, the vegan chick'n patty is homemade in store and the BEST we've ever had. We travel often and have tried many Chick'n patty's, but this is the best by far. It tastes like real chicken (even better actually). I want to say this in the kindest way possible because I truly mean these are the best we've had, but the sandwiches were a bit over spiced. These sandwiches are the real deal and so flavorful on their own. They don't need all that sauce on the sandwich because the flavor is so amazing on its own. Next time I would request no seasoning/sauce on my sandwich because we enjoyed the sandwich so much just as it is. The sauce just takes away some of the beautiful flavors that the awesome cook created! Can't wait to return to this spot on our next trip."
