"The last couple times we’ve been there the Buffett has been virtually empty. They stop restocking the buffet tables 2-3 hours before they close. We came at 7 on a night they closed at 9 and there was NOTHING there. We have 3 small kids and there wasn’t even anything to feed them aside from rice or lo mein. The waitress said they could refill whatever we wanted but they wouldn’t be restocking the whole thing. I told her I’d be asking for too many different dishes because of how little there was on the buffet and it’d take too long. Ended up just paying for the drinks and leaving to get take out instead. This isn’t the first time the buffet has barely been stocked. Not worth trying again."

"We eat here on a regular basis. Mrs.Ann is wonderful, treat her with respect and she will treat you the same. The food is always good quality. It says alot when your children ask to eat here regularly."

"Literally what a wonderful surprise to find this all-you- can-eat Chinese food buffet. The price is so reasonable and although the selection is not unique for a buffet, the food was good and made that much more enjoyable because the price is so reasonable (not common these days with so much price gauging) and the service is friendly and not grouchy. Will definitely return next time I am in Monticello!"

"I came here for lunch with my daughter on Memorial Day 2023. Many other restaurants in town we’re closed. Despite all the bad reviews, I was very impressed with it. The food was refreshed consistently, not cold at all and very tasty. There are some basic kind of rules for a place like this. For example, don’t expect the baked clams or the sushi to be good. I skipped those and stuck to Chinese dishes. Bonus was the diversity of items, ice cream for example. Watermelon, banana etc. Nice for kids. I will agree that the interior is dated, but I understand renovations cost of ton of money. It did not seem overly dirty to me. The staff was nice. Would definitely come back."

"I stop here once a week around noon after I hit the gym next door. The price is really good especially if you’re like me and can go through 2-3 plate fulls. Lots of variety for post work out protein. Idk about late at night, but when I show up around lunch the food is always fresh. The baked clams they have are absolutely delicious and I highly recommend you try this place if you haven’t yet."
