Wendy's

"Had a coupon for a free fry, it did not have a code, the young man doing drive through just told me to show it to him at the window which I did,.manager refused to honor it even though it was directly from their page. There was no code but nowhere on the coupon did it state anything about having to have the app, etc which is what he was saying. Just very poor customer service and I won't go back if I can help it"

"My order was accurate, and the burger was good. The fries weren't great even for Wendy's. Management needs to be more attentive regarding operations. The restaurant was out of medium cups and register paper."

"Very disappointing and disgraceful visit. Upon entrance of the restaurant I asked if they could check the balance of my gift card and the front worked replied with “check your card? How would we be able to do that”? I then ordered my meal and used the rest of my gift card. I then used my debit card to pay off the rest of my order, and it was declining. Another worker replied loudly “you ain’t got ten dollars”? This was extremely rude and inappropriate in my opinion. This store will not be receiving my business again."

"I went there Saturday around 5pm and the staff was rude the food was cold and the nuggets were undercooked, they gave me 4 sauces for 24 nuggets and one was opened so I only had 3 I order a biggie bag and my fries from the biggie bag was missing… they asked me what drink I would like I told them lemonade they gave me the wrong drink.. like huh? WORST WENDY’s by far. If you’re looking for better drive to Tannersville they don’t disappoint."

"I like Wendy's. But the soda machine was not working right and I got flat soda. Got a stomach ache later. The food was fair. A shame because I usually like it even though it's just fast food. I bought the Four for $4. Usually okay with it. The staff were pleasant. The place seemed a little disorganized."
