"Great store, great selection, great prices, however the location is not the type best. You don't want to send your daughter or wife to this part of town at night. Quite often there are thefts and robberies in this area during the day time."

"This is the second time shopping in this store. I really like the selection of foods, neat looking. My biggest complaint for both times is the cashier's both different individuals separate times were very rude. Did not smile nor say hello looked annoyed that I had so many groceries for them to ring up. No customer service whatsoever. I left uncomfortable I was annoyed for sure didn't ask to help bag anything. I felt as if they were doing me a favor while I was spending my hard earned money."

"Every experience I have had in this store has been frustrating. The selection is terrible compared to the bartonsville store--half of the aisles don't even have food in them. Worst is the check-out experience. The sensors are so touchy, the whole thing stops if you move anything in the slightest. Giant's food prices keep going up, yet they barely have any staff checking people out--why am I paying $5 for eggs when they've obviously cut payroll? Why am I doing the work that staff do for free? The staff that are there are not polite on the occasion that they need to assist you with the inevitable issues of the self-checkout computer . One of the aisles just lazily has a cash money taker in it so you can check yourself out even though there's no room for you to maneuver your cart and do the work at the same time. I used to love giant, but I guess they have prioritized corporate greed over a good experience. This is my closest grocery store; I am now actively avoiding going there. Shame."
