"The price of one “specialty” bagel is a little ridiculous considering the fact that even when you ask for half the amount of cream cheese they still put on a pound. It kills the entire allure and flavor of the bagel. You’re just eating a block of cream cheese and that’s what you pay for. Lay off the cream cheese a little so we can actually taste the bagel and still enjoy the SIDE of cream cheese. Honestly other than that it’s a wonderful place and staff."

"I used to love coming here and looked forward to everything bagels. Over my last several visits the quality of the bagels continued to decline but yet I still came in. If your main item is bagels, they should be consistent. Ordering an everything bagel should look relatively the same each time. I tried to email but there was no email address on the website, only a contact form which I did fill out and send with no response. I could not add the pictures which I am adding now. The everything bagels looked like plain bagels and if not , came out burnt. Not sure why they were served like it."
