"My wife and I got a loan a few years ago and the gentleman we worked with was very kind and helpful. Fast forward to today and that first loan is 3 payments from paid off. We applied for another loan today and the lady on the phone was very rude and less than helpful. I make more money now than before, I'm working full time and have been at job 2 years, and our credit rating is substantially better so it makes no sense as to why we would be denied. Will never go back here and if it was possible I would leave zero stars. That lady was so very rude"
