"I have never had issues and I have been going (minus when covid closed salons) for 2.5yrs. Its run by Jimmy and his wife Trina and their daughter assists when she is there. Always consistent results. Great personalities and prices. Jimmy is great about calling back or calling if he needs to see about changing the appt time. As long as I live in KG, I won't go anywhere else."
"Stopped in on the slight chance this business would let me use their restroom. I knew it was a chance they would say it was only for paying customers which would be understandable but I gave it a shot. But to my surprise the rudeness that came with the answer was surprising. I said Hello may I use your restroom please The reply was NO. A very Sharp NO. If I ever thought about spending money here that went out the window with the NO."

"I like the way he does my nails BUT he started working on my nails someone had come in behind me and he immediately did hers and left me sitting there. She had no appointment either. Never again will I come here and No tip. WELL...I decided to give them another try...Today went well. He did my nails great. I feel he even took extra time on them. I was very happy with the service I received today. I've always liked the way he did my nails. Actually, they are the best that I have been to. I know I criticized them at a previous visit but I can and will compliment them on a job well done. I do recommend them to others. Thank you for doing a great job on my nails today."
