"Food was great , took a while for us to get our food and drinks , however the lobby was dirty and restrooms too, they wait till after 10 to check the lobby , I had to go to the restroom and wet napkins to clean my table and I ordered a shake and they didn’t have Any so they assumed I wanted a smoothie which I did not want and ended up returning it and just didn’t even bother getting my money back i just wanted to leave. They locked the door at 10 despite it saying they close at 11 and there was customers outside and they came in when I walked out which angered the staff."

"This location is either the Ketchup Czars of Fredericksburg dolling out ketchup packets as if they contain gold bullion or they launch your order so fast at you through the drive through window it breaks the sound barrier-- however it's always wrong and the lady who refuses to slow down and do her job correctly gets major attitude about it. Best of luck to you all. Bring your own sauces."

"Drive thru -Simple order, 3 caramel frappe and 1 mocha frappe, an order we repeated twice. Our order was still wrong. To correct our order they asked us to move up. After waiting 10 min I went inside, seems they were still making the order. When I asked for my order one of the girls was rude and went back to the window. Then the 2nd was rude as well. I asked to speak to the manager and told her there were both rude, apparently she was one of the managers. She said the girl taking orders had messed up apparently 6 orders prior to mine. Smh worst McDonald's. One goes threw drive thru to no go inside or have to wait long. I understand staff shortage, but maybe remove the drive thru person after the 3rd wrong order? Don't recommend starting you morning here, you'll just end up irritated."

"We went for a quick bite for breakfast. The drive through is busy but we got through fast. We had the steak and egg bagels. These are exclusively served only in US. You can’t find them in Canada. They are good with or without the breakfast sauce. Since we are driving we skip the breakfast sauce this time. They are still good, not dry and not salty. The steak seems a bit small. The bagel is fresh. Folded egg is good too. Only disappointing thing is there’s very little grilled onion."

"The lady in the pink polo aka lets call her Consuela said no to condiments I thought those were free she seem to want to fight to not give me anymore and on top of that she did not even give me one syrup told me to pay for more condiments and the guy slam my ice coffee on the table I said thank you he roll his eyes like that place trying to fight people to pay for condiments? Consuela thank you for your disgusting attitude and caca thank you for slamming my ice coffee on the table and rolling your eye great service (being sarcastic"
