"The evening we visited the restaurant they were shorthanded. It did not matter that they were shorthanded. Our food was served promptly and hot and delicious. What myself and my guest observed was there was great teamwork That took place during our visit. Kudos to the management they are running an awesome team and restaurant."

"This is the second time I ordered steak. I order mine medium. The first time it came out rare then when they "fixed" it, it was well done. Tonight, same problem. I order medium, got rare and the fix was barely medium rare. My other food was cold when it came to the table too. Disappointing"

"Arrived at 5:15PM for just the two of us on a Friday evening, was seated right away. Server was McKenzie. Place was filling up quick but service was great. Ordered appetizers with our drinks, came out pretty quick, tasty & plentiful. Orders taken immediately after, salads were fresh and spaced out at appropriate time not rushed. Entrees took awhile but considering the busy crowd by then not bad but still eating bread and appetizers. Entrees were perfect, hot and good portions, they had a special for take home entree equal to ordered amount for $10. Ordered extra meals for the next night. Manager was making personal rounds checking on the tables. Restaurant was clean and in good condition. Overall terrific experience. We’ll be back again!"

"I can't say if it's this specific Carrabba's or franchise overall, bit the quality and service has diminished. I hadn't been to one in a bit and I was a bit disappointed. The food was ok. The Frito misto was soggy and cold, the pasta with crab and shrimp was bland, shrimp and crab were perfectly cooked though, not overcooked. Shrimp & Scallop linguine alla vodka was very good and honestly the best dish of all. Pork tenderloins wrapped in bacon, so-so,mashed potatoes just ok. Salads were good, but they add too much dressing to the Caesar salad. Service as well, was ok. Had to remind server about our drinks, some dishes and glasses were dirty. Will I return? I think I will try another Carrabba's to determine if it's an across the board quality thing before scratching them off my restaurant list."
