Perfect Nails

"It was my first time going to this nail salon. Do not go there to get anything done. Their customer service is horrible. I wanted to repair one nail and the man at the front told me "he did not have time for that"! He shooed me away with his hand. He was very disrespectful. The way he spoke to a female was unacceptable. I would give this nail salon no stars however, to post I have to give it one star."

"I went in here after not having gotten my nails done in a long time. So before going in i looked online to see if theyd be able to do the nail art i was asking for. I walked in and showed the design i wanted to the nail tech to which she blew off and started on the tips and applying the acrylic. She gets all the way to the end and begins to do polish but before she does i show her again the design i wanted, a simple accent nail of a snake. To which she replied she was unable to do. And that all she was capable of was "lines". Im sorry but as a nail tech if all you can do as far as nail art nowadays is lines then you shouldnt consider yourself a nail tech. She gave me no other options other than a line and wouldnt even attempt my design. Before i decided to leave she spoke in her language to another nail tech while laughing. As she was discussing my nails i know it was at me. I shouldnt have paid a dollar for this service. However I paid $33 for blank nails. That is absolutely absurd. Not to mention the nails don't match in length on each hand and have horrible edges & acrylic under the nail. I do not and will not recommend this horrific nail salon to anyone. Id like to mention as she sized my nail tips she glued one and then because it was the wrong size she threw it back in her box and got a new one. So to whoever gets the nail that was glued to my fingernail im sorry. (I also attached an image of the simple snake i asked for & when i told her I used previous review images to choose this location she said those nails weren't done there. So don't assume they can do any simple designs other than a line.)"

"I've been coming I was 16 and they are amazing. The only problem is that there is not enough help, it seems like there are more techs doing pedicures then nails. Other then that they do an amazing job and I always get compliments and on my eyebrows."
