"Was what one would expect. My only beef is I was given a grilled chicken sandwich not fried. To be fair, I wasn't specific when ordering, just thought the default would be the fried. But dude taking the order was great and what we got was tasty."

"Chick-fil-a is proof that you can run a successful fast food restaurant and offer a product and service that is so good it is a little shocking. A typical experience involves the food: Excellent today. Dinner salad was delicious (Market) The service: Excellent today. The young person behind the counter today (Cody) made a special effort to connect with me and be present in his task of making my order and the order experience perfect. Thanks Cody, you succeeded. The physical plant: this is a new store. Excellent modern design. Extraordinarily clean (no surprise really) and comfortable. It is actually a place of peace here! I don’t want to leave. "Having visited Chick-fil-a probably 500 times, I have to say this location has been disappointing. SLOW service, and has consistently made errors with our meals. I'm not one to post reviews often, but tonight 12/23 was a horrible experience. Not only was service slow as usual, but they forgot a large fry. No big deal right? Karen behind the counter made it one though, requesting my reciept in a rude tone... I told her I didn't want to walk out to get it, mostly because I was irritated at this point. Why would someone lie about this? Needless to say, I went and grabbed it. It took 10 minutes for them to grab a fry from the back! To top it off, 2 others came in while I was waiting for my 10 min fry that had their order messed up also. Do better Karen and King George Chick-fil-A!"

"First time at this location. While everything seemed to be new and shiny, the service was ungodly slow and the food did not taste exactly like normal Chick-fil-A to me (bread buns seemed different). The drive thru had a ridiculous line and inside, the area for ppl waiting on food was not designed to accommodate the sheer number of ppl waiting for their food. There was one gentleman who waited at least 10 minutes for a simple drink order. Additionally, the building location is not accommodating to traffic. I'll give this place another chance, but it will definitely not be anytime soon."

"Had a wonderful experience here, where Harrison took my order and made me feel very valued. He was very patient with me taking my order, even when I requested my sandwich be made with pickles on the side. He was quick with cashier skills, and gave me the perfect amount of change back immediately. He truly made this visit a wonderful experience. I will be coming back to this establishment soon, and when I do, I really hope that Harrison is my server again!"
