"Waiting over an hour for the delivery. This is the last time. If the work load is to high, expand!"

"Super Slow. Every employee seems to only have one speed.. no matter how busy they are. Have been told on more than one occasion that a carryout order would be over an hour and 45 minutes longer (after we have arrived to pickup).. when that happens, we cancel and have them refund. Beyond ridiculous...We've tried this dominos multiple times. Food is good but on top of the slow service, several times we have gotten home and pizza does not have correct toppings and/or the pizza has not even been cut - Do better. Update..8 months after last review.. I am currently waiting in the parking lot for food that we ordered at 6:20p. It is now 7:20 and the employee inside said it wasnt ready (it hasnt been started) and "dominos tracker" still says "prep". I worked for dominos years ago and it didn't matter HOW BUSY, food was ready at MAX in 20 minutes. Looking through the window right now, I can see TWELVE employees and maybe 5 of them look busy. I have left in the past and asked for refund on more than I'd say 10 occasions..this time I am waiting to see how long it really takes. After today, I am completely DONE with this store. Nothing is being done to fix their issue! Update - I received our food at 7:32p"

"I am editing my review from 4 years ago. This evening I placed an online order and requested delivery. I always use the tracker to keep up with my orders and noticed that when I placed the order at 5:36 pm, it showed the order was being prepared. As always, I keep checking and see that my order hasn’t moved from prep. I recalled that the last time I ordered, and out of the norm for me I did carry out, I never saw it move. I was told that time that they had been experiencing issues with the tracker, so I thought maybe this was the case. And by the way, in that instance, it seemed like more carrying on than working in the 10 minutes it took to wait for THOSE pizzas. After about an hour of waiting and not seeing the tracker move, I called there and asked about the order, informing the person I spoke with that I had ordered about an hour before calling and never saw the tracker move. They put me on hold for a few minutes then came back on to state “your pizzas will take 10 minutes in the oven, then be right to you “ I clarified that the pizzas had, after an hour of placing the order, not even been placed in the oven. They said no they had not been placed in the oven. I canceled the order. I have been a customer of this location for 10 years, and previously the Dominos that is/was in Dahlgren VA. I’m not sure what’s happening at the King George location but they seriously need to get better."

"Ordered online almost an hour ago and it’s still in the prep stage on the app. When I called the store to ask about the status the person on the other line couldn’t tell me anything besides it was still in the prep stage. When he went to get his manager to help me the manager didn’t even get on the phone just told the employee to inform me he would be leaving the store in 15 minutes. I am annoyed that it’s going to be well over an hour before I get my food and no one had an answer as to why this was. My pizzas should have been free at the very least."
