"It was nasty, nasty... The excuse was we just had a rush, and she still didn't stop to clean. . She proceeded to BE mean when I STATED I CAN WAIT, she STILL DIDNT TAKE time to wipe it up THEN ROLLED EYES. This is our go-to store what I will say is when the manager is away the staff will play, they were out of everything and her response to how LONG to make certain things was 18 to 25 min FOR EVERYTHING. This visit was the WORST IN 14 MONTHS. My chips were stale, sour cream was full of other things from them rushing it was just awful. The CASHIER AND THE YOUNG ASIAN AMERICAN MAN WERE NICE AND TRIED."

"Chipotle is a nice place to eat whether your eating inside or taking out. However when it comes to ordering the food they put 1 and only 1 scoop of the meat "whatever you choose" in your bowl or on the tortilla. When you ask if you can get a bit more there like "oh you want double meat". No I don't want double meat, I just want a bit more. So if you want to pay and arm and a leg and add you first mortgage payment to the bill just to get a bit more meat, have at it."

"Bad experience from the start. The line was extremely long and very slow moving. We proceed to order our meals and 3 plain kids quesadillas by themselves. We get to pay and they tell us that even if we don’t want the sides we still have to pay for a kids meal just to get the quesadillas. We have never had to do this at this location or any other chipotle we’ve ever been to and the manager tells me that I’m wrong in a very rude way. I then open my bowl and the portion size is terrible. 1/3 of the bowl is empty because of how little food they put in. This is a somewhat new location and it seems like they still need a lot of training in customer service and food portioning."

"Our first visit. This store is newly opened so I assumed there would be some kinks. Employees seem hesitant as they get comfortable with the jobs. Cashier forgot our chips and rung us up for an additional item - all were set straight. Food was delish as usual. Sofritas bowl, chicken burritos, and kid tacos. Store was clean."

"Food has been pretty good, but I got a watermelon limeade and it smelled fermented. I took a big sip before I managed to smell it, and it was fizzy (not normal for this drink) and tasted alcoholic. I assume it hasn't been cleaned or replaced in a while for the drink to get like that. Now I'm experiencing severe nausea and vomiting. The watermelon limeade is normally very good but I'm questioning the sanitation and food handling in this restaurant now. It'll be a long time before I'm able to eat here again, which is really unfortunate because I was so excited about a new place to eat here."
