"Excellent food, great staff, cream of crab soup was best I've had."
"Most meals there remind me of comfort food, which I love. The cream of crab is great and enough for two. The fries are always perfect and the roast beef and gravy is one of my favorites. We had a small hiccup when we were first seated. Brian, who was not our server, noticed the problem, quickly remedied it, delivered quality customer relations, all while never skipping a beat attending to his customers. The service and quality has much improved since they first opened. I can only hope they have plans for updates or renovations."
"We went with friends and ordered a little bit of a lot of food. Highly reccomend jumbo lump crabcakes! Crab dip bread bowl was great, as well as large crab balls. Ryder was fantastic as our server, patient, personable, and her recommendations were spot on. VERY FRESH food!!! Unassuming place and relaxed atmosphere. We drove an hour to try the food based on word of mouth references. We will be back. Come hungry, it's a lot of food."
"I ate The Fried Fish with French fries and mashed potatoes and it was excellent, I felt like at my grandmother's house eating. My husband ate The New York strips, with mashed potatoes and french fries and excellent as well. Excellent service. I did not eat at the Place, because I like to eat at home and chat quietly, but it was a very familiar place. Love it!"
