"The person who took my order was courteous and my order was accurate. I don't believe the food was worth the amount spent."
"Order the double fish sandwiches and ask for extra tartar sauce, They had so much tartar sauce on the sandwich. You couldn't even see the fish. The manager was not helpful, nor was the main office. Put in a complaint over a week ago and have not heard anything from them."
"First, let's remember we are talking about a chain fast food restaurant. With that, manage your expectations. Checkers seasoned fries are a favorite. They must be served hot! During my last visit, my fries were hot and good! I ordered my husband a spicy chicken sandwich and got myself the Jr champ burger. My burger was cold and so was my husband's chicken sandwich. Overall the food was mediocre. It was 12 midnight so our expectations weren't high to start with. Lastly, the young lady working the drive thru had a bonnet on her head. She was very polite but I couldn't understand why she had on a bonnet."
"The food is good. I always order online and pickup on my way home from work. The cashiers could be a bit more friendly but maybe because it's late at night and they are a bit tired."
"First and last. The cashier in the drive-thru "Amanda" was ghetto and the bare minimum of professional. Also, I found a piece of plastic in my food while eating it. The food was lukewarm as if it had been prepared prior to the order. I already left and did not feel like going back otherwise I would have went for a refund."
