"Chipotle is delicious. But depending of the shifts when the manager is there he is rude and monitors the amont of food in the bowls. He shakes the spoon till its level....I prefer to drive to lapata Chipotle instead of waldorf. Better service"
"When I say I hate coming to this chipotle I mean it. My son loves the rice and beans and once per week I put myself through the hassle of coming here to get him lunch (he's 10). However, it seems the servers all have attitudes like the extra rice and beans coming out of their personal kitchen/pot. All we get is rice and beans so it's natural that I would ask for extra since I'm paying the same price whether I get meat or not."
"You guys REALLY need an attitude check in there! Not everyone who walks in knows exactly what they want in that moment and it is ok to allow your guests time to look at the menu! I went with my husband to grab lunch on our day off around 140pm on a Wednesday and not only were we RUSHED trying to order but the lady was ready to skip right over my husband's order because he simply asked for one moment to decide his meal! After he did decide (literally a moment later) he asked what type of sauce something was and another lady almost poured the sauce all over the bowl! Thank goodness I caught her before it happened! I have NEVER had an experience like this in a casual dining restaurant until now and will definitely NOT be returning to this location! Now I am writing this before we have even eaten the meal, one can only hope after spending $30+ its at least a decent meal!"
"I eat chipotle at least once a week and I praise God that this is my local chipotle. The staff all rock. The food is always good. If they're ever out of something they post a sign on the front door so you know before standing in line. Proportions are what they should be. This locations nails it every time."
