Outback Steakhouse

"Let me just say that I usually go here to order my food to go. There is normally no issue. However… My last 2 take out orders were horrible. A little over a week ago, I ordered curbside and they gave my order to someone else. Never said a word, just let me sit and wait for over an hour for the food to be remade. When I went in to ask what the hold up was, the other server was the one that told me the other worker had given my food away. Fast Forward to tonight. I placed an online order and the email said that it would be ready by 6:13. I get to the restaurant at 6:20 and the line for curbside is around the corner. I go inside and there are about 5 people waiting for their orders. After about 30-45 min, my food comes out. I requested Alfredo sauce on the side and extra ranch for my salad when I placed the order. As you can see from the pics, there is no Alfredo on the pasta at all or on the side. I called the restaurant and after being on hold for 15 min, the manager told me to remake it would be over an hour or I could just get a refund. I chose the refund. No one wants to sit and wait an additional hour plus for pasta. Also, I’m not sure when they started using baby pieces of chicken, but to wait almost 2 hours for some dry pasta is horrible. Oh - And I always tip. Do better Outback!!!"

"Out back in Waldorf did not disappointed. The food was good. It was cooked just how it was ordered. Everything we got was cooked perfectly and presented great. My waitress was over loaded but still took care of us and kept drinks full. 8 out of 10 stars."

"With the test of some great food on the mind we all decided to take a short trek to the Outback steakhouse located in far away Waldorf Maryland, it was close to Thanksgiving so the place was packed and parking was at a minimum, the waitress was so so but I could tell she was doing her best considering we had a party of 10 . The mac n cheese was really good and the spicy shrimp was also good however everyone that had the wings from my party gotten some sort of stomach illness causing minor cramps and diarrhea. Other than that everything else was just fine ."

"My family celebrated my aunts birthday! We had a arty of 10. Everything was great The drinks, patron margaritas yes Donald was on point! Jamila our server was great! Her customer service attention to detail. Never had to ask she made sure we had what was needed.. I'm sorry I forgot managers name. He even checked on us to ensure everyone was ok. All I can say no complaints . Food was delicious steak' salmon, pasta , shrimp was on point! Thanks for a great afternoon with great food and family! We will be back! Thankyou"

"I wouldn't normally eat at Outback, but I was persuaded to go and I'm glad I did. We were the first and only ones in the restaurant. Our server was amazing and recommended the salmon with rice. I'm glad I took his recommendation because I cleaned the plate. The strawberry rita was good. I added a double shot of tequila. The butter cake is proportional and can be shared or eaten alone. Wish it was served with ice cream and not whipped cream. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back."
