"Ordered food for delivery. There wasn’t any syrup, butter, or utensils with the order. Tried to call the story several times to make them aware but they didn’t answer. We were staying at a hotel close by the location. Luckily they had syrup downstairs they were able to offer us."

"o man this was by far one of the worst experiences ive ever encountered. it is so much to say but since google reviews has limited their character count. i would just say the food today was laughable a flat sandwich (small amt eggs, a jailhouse bed of ham, and mix matched cheese). the man didn't like his chicken as he described it as chewy. i would laugh and just say you know the food is trash but the way in which they treated our waitress as if everything was her fault was abominable. she apparently was new and needed help and instead of getting help this fool was threatening to hold wages over the non-eaten cooked food. this is why i try not to eat at places such as these. the way that subordinates are treated make me loose my appetite. Debbie and her uncleaned finger nails were trash, the way in which this and my man with the dreads stating that its the trainee's fault they were not properly trained and his way of thinking is also trash!!!!! the fact they were handling utensils without gloves were also trash. they need to take better care of their new hires and make every food item the same as specified to the recipe."
"I have never had a problem like I had in this place, we were served by Shannon B, a waitress with a terrible attitude, she threw the food on the table, the drinks, and treated us in a bad way. They need to improve a lot in customer service. I didn't feel good and I don't recommend this specific restaurant."
"I typically go here late nights. Most of the time service is OK as they're busy. Tonight, they were on a mission; Veterans Day is the next day. I was waited by the manager, a petite auburn-headed young lady, glasses, super sweet (I forgot her name *facepalm*). I ordered my food and a coffee to go and didn't expect much from there. However she and another staff member consistently checked in on me until my order was ready. You cannot get that service at their competitors!!"
