"Today was by far the WORST experience! I ordered my food through uber for pickup and I was given a 2:30 pick up time. I arrived and waited until 3:30 spoke with the cashier who then said its coming…my food was never cooking. I was requested to cancel my order then told my order was never placed. Another employee found my order and I did not get my food until 4pm. These employees are extremely rude, entitled and do care about the persons in the community they service. I will never step foot back in this location and I honestly believe WE ALL should stop spending money at this business."
"Basic fish and chicken joint… As for the name of the place, the assumption(s) was/is/are mine, but didn’t notice any “hip hop” theme, nor staff that represent hip hop culture. I had fish and wings. Fairly priced. Generous portions; basic fried foods. Cooked to order. Great fries. Keep expectations in check and you can enjoy the experience"
"I hate to say it but the food at this here particular location was complete trash!! I ordered 4 family size meals which was not cheap btw & had no problem spending the money because I just knew the food would be finger licking good. I was sadly disappointed to say the least. The chicken looked & tasted like it was cooked in old grease. The famous white powdered seasoning on the chicken that everyone raves about (mind you, I requested extra seasoning on everything) didn't taste right at all. It was as if it was missing a key ingredient plus it was too sweet. The chicken wings, tenders & fries were soggy, not hot and/or crispy. The hush puppies were mushy on the inside as if they were half cooked. Now, I do not live here locally & I rarely throw food away unless it is just disgusting. Well unfortunately, this was one of those times. My friends & family felt the same way! #dontwasteyourmoney"
