"Absolutely horrific drive-thru ! The young people working there are friendly, however the wait time and process is the worst I have ever experienced. Found a hair in my burger and fries were not filled up. Didn't notice until I left. Called 4 times and no answer. Will be going to the restaurant to get a refund. Typically, don't eat at Wendy's and won't ever again."
"Heinously bad service due to awful wait times. Keep in mind, I placed a mobile order (for only 2 items - a salad and nuggets) and asked them to start preparing the order about 10 minutes before showing up; despite taking these measures, I still waited at least 15 minutes after arriving in the store to receive my bag."
"I guess I caught them on a good day yesterday at around 11:45am because the service wasn't as bad as usual (tried to beat the lunch rush). We went in the drive thru and the worker on the intercom was very polite and patient. The other worker at the first window made us wait there for about a couple of minutes (after paying) before we went to the second window to get the food which was kind of weird, but the food was done wayyy quicker than usual and it was hot and delicious. I tried the ghost pepper sandwich for the first time and it was sooo good and actually spicy unlike all other fast food "spicy" chicken sandwiches. This place is a hit or miss, but it's worth the gamble when it hits."
"This is the worst place in the world!! The employees have attitudes! The wait, is always at least 40 minutes 50 at night!! Avoid this Wendy’s!! You’re better off not eating!! Every time!! I mean every time!"
"This Wendy is always having an issue. Last time I came, they could only take cash. Now their drive thru window is not working, so they’ll take your order at the first window where you’re supposed to pay. The wait time was incredibly long, both for ordering the food and to get the food. They need to do better."
