"A decent restaurant but avoid during the busiest times. The food is good, and comparable to most all Red Lobsters. Our server tonight was pleasant and the wait wasn't too long. Not speedy by any means, but it wasn't terrible. Of course, we showed up for dinner at 4:45 pm specifically to avoid the crowds. When we were leaving (about 5:45) the place was already getting busy. If you show up at a normal dinner time, say between 6-8 pm, don't be surprised if you have to wait a while. And not just to be seated, but to have your order taken, then for your drinks, then your food. And finally your check. I'm not slamming the restaurant here, just know that if they're busy, they're probably going to be slow."
"I just picked up my order. 9-27-23. I ordered Honey Sriracha Crablegs. There was no sauce on my crablegs and I was not given any biscuits. The biscuits are the best part of my order. Im very disappointed and I am home now. I called and remained on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. My call was disconnected. Nevada Sullivan"
