For the 15 times trying to say my full name she finally asks " What is your full name?" After arguing back and forth she finally put me on hold. I'm like do I really need to spend my money on a rude, un-professional place just to get a simple bob haircut.? Apparently this Susan said I'm sorry about it after calling me back about the whole thing. I'm already DO NOT want to hear an apologize after that."
