"It was a cold night and we needed hot food. Wings came out room temperature first time, barely warm the second time. Manager refused to comp cold food and I felt if I sent it back a second time the chefs would mess with my food. Server actually was awesome and worked really hard but they have a terrible kitchen staff and a manager who does not care if you get cold food. No restaurant I’ve worked at would serve a cold plate twice in a row. Super dissatisfied"
"The Food and the atmosphere was good. But the Service was terrible. I can tell the Restaurant was understaffed. It took over 20 minutes or more for the server to get me my orders. I don't plan to come back again until this place provides better service even when they're understaffed."
"Should post online that you are closed for the week. Out of Town visitor who walked a mile to come here.. very inappropriate to not do so.. Came back 7 months later, checking website before doing so... said the were open till 11pm... never mentioned TAKEOUT ONLY.... REALLY TIME TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!"

"STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Take out only at this place. Ordered $60 worth of wings, 3 sets of 10 wings, each a different flavor. Ordered sauce on the side. I only got 1 cup of sauce only per set! No where near enough for 10 wings. Called to ask about it and a recording said to wait … after a couple of minutes the recording said nobody is available and hung up on me. Easy to see why this place is rated so low. UPDATE: replying with a formatted response to every complaint isn’t working. It’s just another way to disregard the feedback you’re receiving. You’re at 3.2 out of 5 stars. You’re not addressing your customer service issues on the front end."
