"My spouse picked up my order. The worst I've ever gotten from any Bob Evans. The main reason I choose Bob Evans is the sausage... even that was a disappointment. Everything I had tasted stale. Biscuit hard, eggs & sausage taste like they were cooked days ago and the potatoes, the few I received were just pitiful. The pumkpin pie also stale. What happened to this place??I should take it all back!"
"Third time in a row disappointed here. Used to enjoy coming here but something has changed over the last 6 months or so. Sausage gravy burnt and gelled, home fries burnt, and the egg used for my wife’s omlet literally felt like a piece of plastic. Most likely our last visit here unfortunately."
"This bread smells soo good. Oh and this location is my favorite. This bob evans the reason I like it soo much is cause no matter what time of the day it is; it’s never super packed like IHOP and Dennys and the wait time for food is legendary. You will be in and out soo quickly that once you eat something here you’ll maybe want to order more food or desserts."
"Sooooo, went to the waldorf store and asked if the gravy had changed for the chicken fried steak...it had not! I told the server abt my experience at the prince Fredrick store. She was surprised and said they must have been busy and didn't make it right! I told her the gravy was served thin and watery. I was told by that server that Bob evans changed it to this new version. She said not at this store! I thought maybe different things at other locations! I ordered the chicken fried steak, eggs, grits and toast with hot tea. Hubby got 3 meat and cheese omelet, hash browns, biscuits with coffee. Server was sweet and thoughtful!"
"I explain that I do not eat any pork products and bacon was cooked in my potatoes, the chicken link I ordered was not chicken, eggs didn’t have cheese and I requested cheese. I paid ( $17.47 ) for my meal because I had to get to work and management was working on one of the several issues he was having ( Sept. 22nd 2023 ) with other customers who where also dissatisfied with there meals and the time it took to get they meals. Which I could relate to because it wasn’t crowded in the establishment."
