"Ordered my Food at the register stating I was going to eat in. I received my Order Only to Find out They had NO Silverware, AKA FORKS. When I asked about this I was told they TRY to tell Folks when Ordering. There is a Safeway Around the Corner , How hard is it to go buy Some SMH. Worst Serve/ Attitude From Working they acted like I wanted my Food Free when All i want was to Be able to Eat it."
"I always go to this location after work, the staff is always friendly, food is always done fast (usually way faster than expected, even when busy). The food is top notch every time, it's like they can't miss! Jackie is always super helpful when I go in. Overall great establishment 10/10 will always recommend."
"Ordered a bowl found hair in my food,after a bite and then they want me to play detective and ask me where the hair is. The hair is in the food barely even ate the food really was just looking through it because most people look at their food before eating I could see if it was all eaten but took two a bite saw hair and no one has on hairnets so won’t be coming back here then really asked me where the hair is like but you didn’t want me to play detective after already making new bowl just make sure you look at your door before eating"
"This place is an absolute disgrace. We ordered online. The food was supposed to be ready in 10-15 mins. We arrived a few minutes after the expected time and the food was not ready. It took another almost 20 minutes for the food to be ready. There was not a line. There was not a lot of people waiting to be served. But there was a chef that you could see just sitting on his cell phone in the back laughing and giggling away as our food still wasn't being prepared. This is not our first time in there or our first time being disappointed. We decided to give them another try after not having been in quite some time. We will not patronize or recommend this place again."
"Raw chicken was served on our to go order. Called establishment and the staff member proceeded to state “next time you need to ask for well done” isn’t chicken supposed to be well done at a temp of 165 anyway? The fact that the chicken was VISIBLY PINK and it made it out of the kitchen, to a prep station and served is reckless. Temp anything that comes out of your kitchen SPECIALLY chicken. Salmonella outbreak waiting to happen; review and ENFORCE your HACCP ASAP. Manager apologized and gave refund when I returned to the store with salad."
