CAVA

"Food was tasty and service was prompt. Be sure to try the fountain drinks. I'm not sure if they're natural drinks but they are light, fresh and taste great. I did a combo with all the flavors (apple/mint, raspberry/lavender, cucumber/mint, etc.) with the lemonade - delicious! There were too many dirty tables despite it not being busy so attention needed to be given to the appearance and guests' tables."

"I placed a pick up order through the CAVA app (picture of order summary included). When I picked up my order I noticed my bowl looked like a “cabbage” bowl since the majority of food in the bowl was large chunks of cabbage including stems. There were also no tomatoes or cucumbers in my bowl and hair was found in the cabbage. I returned back through the drive thru to share my concerns with a Manager. The first Manager called a second Manager and she insisted that it was out of her control the ratio of super greens (cabbage:kale). I shared my other concerns and requested a refund. Since the order was placed online, I could not receive a refund so I requested another bowl be made. I’ve included the second bowl that was made and the initial bowl I received for comparison. I’ve been to this CAVA location multiple times and service and food presentation continues to decline. This incident prompted my review and I would no longer visit this establishment."

"I love Cava it's like eating healthy but also actually liking the food. Now not everyone's going to like Cava, it's one of those things where if you eat it you like it and if you don't like it you don't. But if you don't like it firsthand try a different recipe. It's like Chipotle where you can make your bowl the way you want so if you don't like it add or don't add something. I suggest just looking at the menu online to see what options they have before going."

"So this place gets 2 stars because although the food tasted good, the service was horrible. We walked in on Memorial Day at about 2:30 pm. There was one table of patrons eating and zero customers at the counter. The three staff members basically ignored us even though it was very obvious that we were clueless. Even when my daughter ordered, the server said almost nothing. The tables were filthy.... My napkin stuck to the table when I sat down and I had to scrape it off the table with my fingernail. Also, the straws were empty. When I asked one of the girls for a straw, one girl was playing on her phone and annoyed that I bothered her. She didn't even look up at me. How do you have three ppl working with almost no customers and still have gross tables and empty utensils. I will NOT be coming back. Sadly, because again, the food was pretty good."

"Used to be great. Recent bowls were dissatisfactory: cabbage stems and half-balls of falafel. (Falafel isn't even all that expensive to make, it's not meat!) These were also "chef's" recommended bowls... They weren't cheap either $30 for two tiny meat-less bowls of mostly kale and cabbage stems."
