Domino's Pizza

"BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE ! They rudely answer the phone & management don’t do nothing about it they let the workers treat customers like nothing. I understand you guys are busy but if someone is just calling to get an update on a pizza they order an hour doesn’t mean you have to be rude. Go to another dominos not this one."

"I don’t think anyone should come here. We ordered to get it delivered then we get a call two hours later because they are backed up so we had to drive there. Then we get there no worker was wearing anything to cover there hair or gloves, we had to wait another 30 mins there. When we got our food the order was completely wrong, we order two pizza and only got one and the one we got had stuff on it we didn’t even ask for. When we tried to call them to tell them they messed up they just kept hanging up on me."

"I just called this location and asked to speak to a manager at 1:22 pm on 12/17/23. The person that answered was speaking in a strange high pitched voice and ultimately said that the manager was not there and hung the phone up. I called back and someone with a normal voice answered (probably the same person). They hung up again. I really don't have time for the games. My goal was to call and find out if they deliver because I didn't see the option online. I need to order several pizzas for my son's class party at the end of next week. This lack of professionalism is truly baffling. It is actually really sad."

"Feel free to come if you like hair in your pizza because these workers don’t wear no nets to cover their hair and/or beards. It sickened me that when I was eating pizza with my family, something told me to look at my pizza, and lo and behold I see hair and that made me check the 2 other boxes for hair and I found more hair! I was very repulsed by it too because me and my family were eating slices of pizza, but who would’ve thought that there would be hair in it… The manager there was also rude when we brought it back to show them and he decides to say we ate half of it, and that was straight nonsense because of course we ate it, but did we know there would be hair? No we didn’t. So that’s why we stopped eating it and my entire family was disgusted because they all believe the ate hair now. Then he decides to accuse my family by saying it’s our hair and that was highly rude because our hair type wasn’t the same as theirs and I wish I could just go on, but if you don’t want hair in your pizza then make sure you go to a place where they have nets covering their hair so your food won’t be contaminated."

"Horrible service! I would leave 0 stars if I could! The driver forgot my dipping sauce, and then tried to debate with me whether or not I had any included in my order (I did). After that, I realize 1 of my pizzas and my cheesy bread is burnt. The cheesy bread was actually burnt onto a sheet of paper (maybe parchment) and I couldn’t even separate the food from it. (In the photos, I am holding the paper, and it is just hanging onto it. Gross!) I called and spoke to the manager, who only gave me 2 options: (1) wait for it to be re-made and re-delivered or (2) return the whole order and get a full refund. I needed to feed a hungry toddler, so I tried to compromise and see if I could keep the 1 un-burnt pizza, and just be refunded for the rest (I was still willing to return the 2 burnt items to the delivery driver). The manager refused. It’s insane that they screwed up, but in order to fix their mistake, I (the customer) have no choice but to be inconvenienced? Thanks but no thanks, Dominos. I will take my business elsewhere, where they take more pride in their work (by not sending burnt pizzas to customers), and where I actually feel valued as a customer."
