"The lady that works in the morning is always getting my order wrong and 2 times now in the past month I've given her my Pick 3 and Pick 4 numbers and repeated them... however, she always gets them wrong. HOW do u mess up 123???? Well she did and I missed out on about $600 so far in the past 45 days"
"Certainly use to be a good place to go but it now is not the best,due to half building tore down and not remodeled yet..a year and half later. Mildew and mold all over the walls, cooler doors and buckets catching water from roof due to rain and neglect. Put money in business to gain money and business."
"I am getting an 18 pack out of the cooler door. The guy stocking asks me to put it back and grab one from inside the cooler. I'm guessing do he doesn't have to do his job to stock it. Then when I walk in the cooler he points to the stack of 18 packs that he wants me to get it from. Fine, the only problem is the 18 packs are stacked under four 30 packs that I have to move to get to the product I wanted. The customer service is terrible lately. The last couple times I have gone the cashier continually tries to charge regular price for sale items. I think the place must have had a change in ownership, cause it's really gone downhill in the last month."
"Went in there and was charged $600.00 instead of $60.00. In an attempt to get a credit I was charged an additional $600.00. It took 30 minutes for them to process my credit which will now take another 10 days to hit my account so I left the store with the $1,200.00 still charged on my card and they wouldn't give me a copy of the charge receipt. I'll go to RJs next time to avoid this headache- would have appreciated a discount on my beer but apparently that was asking too much."
