Walmart Pharmacy

"I received a text saying my prescriptions were ready for pick up. I went in and the lady I spoke with said to give them a little bit so I walked around for 20 minutes and when I returned the pharmacy was closed, I assume due to lunch time. So I walked around, periodically checking if they were back yet, for about 40 minutes. When they returned I spoke with a different lady who said to give them a couple minutes and she would call me over when she was ready, so this time I stood there and waited... for about an hour. I was in that store, waiting for my prescriptions that I was told were ready, for a total of 2 hours. Both employees I spoke with were incredibly nice and the second was apologetic and kind about my obnoxious wait time, which I appreciate but 2 hours just to get 2 creams that I was told were ready for pick up is just ridiculous."

"Literally just left Walmart as I was denied Allegra-D allergy medication. I believe her name was Sandra but not positive. I’ve been buying allergy medication for years which has been on and off and not a continuous basis-until recently. My boyfriend suffers from severe allergies and thankfully this does help him. So we rant out and I went into Walmart to purchase a new box as I do every time. The lady tells me I purchased too much of the product and that she can lose her job for selling it to me. I get that but what I don’t get is why all of a sudden it’s a problem. I’m not doing anything differently than I normally do. So I left, went across the street to Walgreens and asked the pharmacist who explained the laws to me on purchasing the product. Needless to say he sold me the allergy meds with no problem. I don’t understand it but never going to Walmart just to waste my time. So frustrating when it doesn’t have to be."

"The go to pharmacy in the area. The staff is super friendly, always willing to help and answer all your questions. They also provide super fast service. I would recommend anyone to switch to this pharmacy!!"

"I switched to this pharmacy 2 years ago when I was unhappy with the service I was receiving from another major pharmacy/retailer. At that time I found Arpan and Kelley the pharmacists to be welcoming and caring. They demonstrated a genuine interest in my circumstances. Since then I have had four prescriptions renewed each month at Walmart. I find them along with the rest of the staff to be knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They know what they are doing. They answer questions smartly. When they do not have the answer at their fingertips they immediately research and get back to me. I recommend this pharmacy wholeheartedly."
