"UPADATE: Been coming here for just a few months. Quality/attention given on nails and feet is a hit/miss - depends on who you go to. Had 2 pedicures and wasn't impressed by either - poor shaping and also rushed! Nails, been going to the same tech and felt the past 2 times (been 5 times) my nails weren't given the same time and care regarding polish nor shaping. My polish chipped within 4 days, I asked for it to be fixed, had to wait a few days and set time with tech, got there, he wasn't there, said someone else would do them and that person ALSO pushed me to someone else, just to have it done poorly, got my pedicure, lady looked at my nails, then decided it needed to be redone AGAIN before I left. She couldn't finish my nails because I had then had to leave for work. Returned and had my tech finally fix them, just for the polish to peel off AGAIN within less than 12 hours. Knowing I'd need a fill now in a week, I asked for a discount on polish for my fill instead of fixing the polish again, they wouldn't do it. So I just said forget it and waited for my fill date. Ended up getting a full set, asked for stiletto nails and I got almond instead and my nails seemed to be rushed, I was over it at this point so I didn't fuss and ended up needing to go to another salon to get my polish and shape fixed. Howie typically is very good with shaping so I was a bit disappointed and at my polish chipping twice from his painting. And for the prices at this shop (was told $20 extra for FRENCH, it's less than $10 at any other salon I've been to), the back and forth and refixes with no offers for discounts are not acceptable. To include pedicures that another customer noted about being rushed (when the salon notes how long the pedicure should take on their menu) and for the price you pay, this shouldn't happen. I know they have decent techs but again, seems to be hit or miss, and for the price, not sure that's worth the gamble and time. -- Howie did a great job and really took his time. The first design wasn't coming out right and he didn't mind at all working to fix it and his attention to shape was really good - nails don't feel heavy and look natural. Hoping this stays consistent each service."

"Nails were slanted not placed on nail bed accurately. Technician did not put enough glue on nails as you see they have been splitting in the middle of my nail it is extremely painful. These were birthday nails done the 7th of November, that didn’t make it 2 weeks for 70.00. Unacceptable I will never return. !"

When I entered the salon I was greeted and immediately noticed how clean it was. I was then paired with Nina, as I was looking to get a fill and pedicure. Nina gave me an excellent pedicure and did even better on my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed without an issue. My nails are neat, clean and cute! Thanks Nina! I will be back!"
