"I was extremely disappointed with the service received. I only went in for a trim and should have known something was wrong when the young lady said she could trim my hair without blow drying it. My hair already had the shape and basic style I was seeking, but simply required a trim. The top to the sides of my hair was long with the very bottom tapered in all the way around. The young lady started cutting layers throughout instead of just the bottom/tapered parts. When I realized what she had done, I told her that’s not what I was seeking, she began trying to clean it up, resulting in my hair having long and short sections next to each other with no shape. It took me two years to grow my hair out and was almost where I desired it. I’m now seeking someone who can fix the cut and allow me to start over."
