"I went to the website to try and schedule an appointment and the links were disabled. I called and no one picked up the phone. I decided to walk in for a shampoo and blow dry and the young lady at the front informed me that she didn’t think I would be able to get that service today. I asked her could she go to the back and ask. She said said no because they wouldn’t want to do it today. She didn’t even try to see if I could be accommodated. I’m sad because I wanted to patron this business but I refuse to beg someone to take my money. I highly doubt I’ll be back."
"$220 for a cut (70), deep condition (65), and press (85). Without even sectioning my hair or assessing the damaged ends… the stylist cut my ponytail with no prior warning then left me in the shampoo bowl for 10 mins. Experiences like this are exactly what keep me out of salons and learning to do my own hair."
"I booked with Jada Jackson, whom I met a year ago walking around Bowie Town Center, and decided to give her a try today. I haven't had my hair professionally done in YEARS. She was professional, courteous, personable and very knowledgeable about my hair type and the type of services I needed to get my hair back on track. The salon is upscale and very spa-like with a very friendly and engaging staff from the owner down to the stylists. I've found my new hair home!"

"This place is great! Very clean and chic the customer service is top tier. I had a last minute cancellation and they were able to fit me in. They put me with Eboni who was the absolute best! She was very educational and through from start to finish. The serenity wash room was the highlight of my experience. I will definitely be back. If you are looking for a place that does it all, Chi Bella is the place."
