"Before I sat down . I asked 3 times and showed them the design i wanted . I asked if they can do my nails like the first picture attached . They said yes they can. I usually get my nails done in Florida but this month I didn’t go down there and look what they did and they still charged me 80$ after arguing with them that it’s not the same and the lengths are uneven, my nails are fat and big . Just disappointed. All I asked for in the beginning was honesty, if they can do it that way. I would’ve chose another simple design. Look for what I asked for vs what I got for 80$."

"This is my usual nail salon and typically, service is at least good enough to come back. Today’s interaction left me with cleanliness concerns and I will likely need a new salon. I came in for a pedicure and the technician attempted to use tools that did not come out of a blue sterile pack, which is what I’m used to with this salon. I asked him to use sterilized tools, and instead he collects tools from his work station and puts them in a blue sterile pack and comes back with them. Doesn’t even pretend to open the pack (because they are one time use), just slips the tools out the package same way he put them in, and afterwards, all the tools, including the used, no longer sterile packaging were brought back with him to his station, instead of the packaging being thrown in the trash and the tools being taken to the back for cleaning. This kind of behavior is seemingly begging for the attention of the health department."

"I’m truly sad that the quality of service hasn’t been great . I went for a pedicure and it looks like a teenager did them .. my pedicure was gel . The lady who trim my nails did not file them till the end of the gel service. Which chipped the paint and when I told her about it she said it’s okay … ? I pay 55 dollars and the 3% extra charge because I used card . Never again."

"frustrated to say the least. I’ve always paid with venmo at this salon but my artist said that wasn’t an option. I was charged $118 for a pedi and full set. The acrylics were absolutely horrid and when At the start of getting my set, I showed him a design that had a plain/nude background and asked for an almond shape. He said he could do that but when it came time to start painting he blatantly said no to the design. I told him okay just do the plain color then. I grew very frustrated because once he had done all my nails he asked me about the design and wanted to start doing it, even though he previously told me no. I told him I didn’t want the design now that he had done my nails a solid color. Even the solid color was butchered, so I can only imagine how awful the design would’ve looked. He complained to me about the long line of people after me and stuck his tongue out and rolled his eyes. He was obviously rushing my work and said “don’t bite” when I told him to stay with the solid purple after trying to do the design he had just told me no to. I’m just very upset because I had told him about my frustrations that he wouldn’t do the design with the nude background and that he wouldn’t accept venmo, when it’s always been accepted my previous times. He acted oblivious and arrogant to everything. He followed me to my friend’s desk trying to hint for a tip for his awful service. I’m really disappointed by the atmosphere and product I received."
