"The managers don’t speak English and want to argue about you because they didn’t put a sandwich in your bag and claim that you need to bring a invisible sandwich back that you know for a fact is still price sitting in front of her face and if it’s not, then she probably took it at ate it herself, or gave it to one of the employees! But then proceeds to just hang up the phone if she doesn’t like what she has to !"

"This McDonald's is an absolute dump. Drug addict sitting around in the store. Had to go inside to get my food. It was curbside delivery. Never got it. I don't know what they did with it. I will not go back to the store it is atrocious."

"Normally goes at a decent speed orders are usually but not always right. Normally support ends up fixing it or the restaurant. However my problem and reason for poor reviews is the lack of communication from supervisor Ms. Harvey Tamieka as I’m on week 7 for a Order of all 1 item that was wrong and almost $20 and all she’s sent was a apology and a single coupon that A I don’t eat the items applicable for the coupon and B the most expensive option isint covered by the mistake. I said from jump street I wanted either a refund or just my food remade. I hope they don’t have some tactic of just waiting till it’s too late for people to charge back. Scummy but I’ve seen it a few times from other companies as large as McDonald’s. Either way I’d be glad to adjust me review appropriately for the improved service if my issues gets solved as the food is good and when it is incorrect is normally fixed quickly this however is not the case. Oh and I have a great relationship with my bank so if you don’t fix they will fix it. I just need to know if I’ll need to be informing McDonald’s cooperate or not. As contacting my bank is quite the extreme measure just because I wasn’t given what I paid for."

"The manager at this location is awesome! He brings your food out to you and is very swift when it comes to taking your order. My only rift is the staff did not know what a half and half drink (sweet tea and lemonade) was."

"This McDonald's is located behind the now almost lifeless Eastpoint mall ( like many malls it's had to try and re-define itself). This McDonald's is IMHO fast and friendly. I've stopped here over the years mainly for a quick breakfast and as fast food goes....I've never been disappointed. Consistency is the way McDonald's does business and this location certainly maintains that goal. Speaking for myself this location has always been spot on. Your experience may vary but remember, it's fast food served by underpaid folks who work hard and deal with a rude...... partially undeserving public all day and night. #Handfingerstrong"
