"The absolute worse service, management, and food ever! Ordered food online at 2:47pm, showed up 30 min later to be told it would take another 12-20. No problem,… here it is the start of the 2nd quarter of the game and still waiting! Now being told it will take another 15, because there is a wait on fries. How does an organization hire people to run their business like this! Just horrible!!!!"

"Ordered online, there were people waiting so probably don’t expect to get your order right on time that the app says. Add maybe 10m before picking up. Cashier was nice and food was good! Got voodoo fries and mango habanero boneless wings. Won the gamble I guess after reading all the 1* reviews, first time trying here."
"After waiting over an hour for an order of wings, fries, and a sandwich, I asked if maybe they lost my order. The employee answered with "do you want me to answer that or make your order?". It took another 20 minutes for the food to come and it wouldn't have been worth eating if it were free. Wingstop is usually pretty decent, but this location has figured out how to make it disgusting"
